ground beef or turkey / 1/4 onion, diced
1/2 green pepper, diced / Garlic, minced
1 TSP. Chili Powder/3 cups cooked brown rice
1 can pinto beans/ 1 can diced tomatoes
1 cup frozen corn/ grated cheese
Brown meat in a large skillet.
Add Onion, green pepper and garlic and cook a few minutes.
Add Chili Powder. Stir in rice, tomatoes, corn & beans.
Heat thoroughly. Top with cheese and serve.
