Recipe: Mexican Chicken Stuffed Shells
½ bag Tyson Ready chicken/ 1 can black beans
Diced onion/ diced bell pepper
1 tub Philly Santa Fe Blend cooking cream
3 blocks cream cheese/ ½ cup chicken broth
1 can diced tomatoes/ 1 cup picante sauce
2 boxes large pasta shells/ 1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese
Heat chicken in skillet. Cook noodles according to package
Instructions. Add all ingredients to skillet, except noodles.
Once heated thoroughly fill noodles one at a time with chicken
Mixture. Place shells in a foil lined 13×9 baking dish.
Top with remaining chicken mixture.
Cover and bake at 350 degress for about 30 minutes.
