Speedy Mexican Beef Skillet Dinner


1 lb Ground turkey (or beef)
1 small onion, chopped
1 Garlic clove, minced
1 (10 3/4 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (4.5 oz) can chopped green chilies (optional)
1 (10 oz) can enchilada sauce
2 cups tortilla chis, broken slightly
4 oz (1 cup) shredded cheese
2 TBSP chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
Diced tomatoes(optional)

Cook meat, onion & garlic in large skillet.

Stir in soup, chilies, enchilada sauce and chips (an any other ingredients you choose except the cheese)
Reduce the heat to meium; cook and stir 3 to 4 minutes or until thoroughly heated.

Sprinkle cheese on top. Cover and let sit an additional 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Serve warm and enjoy!
