Breakfast Hot Pockets

Ingredients:

1 can crescent rolls
ham, ground sausage, or what ever meat you want to use
4 Eggs
salt & pepper
Shredded cheese

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Scramble eggs, season with salt & pepper. Spray cookie sheet (or line with foil). Lay out crescent rolls 2 each to make a rectangle and press edges together to seal. Layer each rectangle with eggs, meat, and cheese. Don’t skimp on the fillings, the dough will stretch. Roll up each pocket, tucking in sides as you go, pinch end and sides together to seal. Place on cookie sheet and cut a few slits on the top of each, for ventilation. Bake about 10-12 minutes or until goldenbrown. *Makes 4 pockets.

    

I made extra cause I got a house full of guys who ate more than one. LOL. These came out so good! They didn’t take long to put together but I had to be gentle with the crescent rolls. More gentle with the Great Value brand than the Pillsbury, but they still work, just gotta have patience.
