Chicken Alfredo & Rice Casserole

Recipe:   Chicken Alfredo & Rice Casserole

Ingredients:

10 ounce Alfredo sauce

  • ½ cup milk

    2  ½ cups cooked rice

    2 cups cubed chicken

    Frozen peas

    1/3 cup roasted red bell peppers

    1 TBSP Basil

    1 cup bread crumbs

    1 TBSP butter

     

    Preparation:

    Preheat oven to 350.

    In a large bowl combine alfredo sauce and milk.
    Stir in Rice, chicken, peas, peppers & basil.
    Transfer to a 1 ½ quart baking dish.

    Bake, covered, 30 min.
    Uncover and stir.
    Combine bread crumbs and butter and sprinkle on top.
    Bake uncovered, 20-25 min. more or until heated through and crumbs are golden brown.
